We are also registered  under section 80G (5) (VI) of The  Income Tax Act, 1961 vide no.DIT(E)2008-2009/F-93/210/17.4.2008 that provides tax exemption to all donors in India

And

Under Sec 6 (1) of the Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act 1976  vide Registration No. 182450033/II/21022/78/7/92-FCRA-III/15.12.1992. This enables us to receive contributions in foreign exchange.
