The workshops on The Culture of Breath aspire to build on the growing interest in healing within the different faith traditions, which have arisen over the past few years, and explore the process of healing using breath as the prime component.
Through the workshops, the Foundation hopes to:
- Create a dialogue between different spiritual traditions and healing systems.
- Explore why an awareness of breathing is important and if this awareness leads to a physical and mental state of well-being.
- Identify various areas of enquiry central to the point of discussion.
- Understand breathing as a means to attaining self-realization.

“The experience of attending the
Interfaith Dialogue Program has
changed the way I see the world and
myself. It has taught me the importance
of universal brotherhood and self-
realization.”
– Anand Singh, Student

Having participated in the program,
I now understand how important it is
to take interest in and have an open
mind towards other cultures and
ways of thinking”.
